New conditions apply for accommodation of minor citizens

Due to the new rules for the provision of hotel services as of 01 January 2021, new conditions apply for accommodation of minor citizens:
“Check-in at the hotel of minor citizens under the age of 14 shall be performed on the basis of IDs of their parents (adoptive parents, guardians), accompanying person(s) on condition of submitted performing of notarized agreement from the legal representatives (one of them), and birth certificates of those minors. Check-in at the hotel of minor citizens over the age of 14 in the absence of legal representative shell be performed on the basis of ID’s of these minors on condition of submitted performing of notarized agreement from the legal representatives (one of them)”
The hotel keeps the right to refuse to accommodate minor citizens without a notarized power of attorney.
