The Best price available is a special rate which is available for online booking through the Hotel website only. The Best price available favorably compares with the Hotel open price but the amount of the rooms available for booking at this rate is limited.

A promotion code let you access the special non-public offers for room booking. If you have a promotion code, put it in a special line in the booking form on the Hotel website.

No, these documents are not required to check in into the Hotel.

Due to the new rules for the provision of hotel services as of 01 January 2021, new conditions apply for accommodation of minor citizens:
Check-in at the hotel of minor citizens under the age of 14 shall be performed on the basis of IDs of their parents (adoptive parents, guardians), accompanying person(s) on condition of submitted performing of notarized agreement from the legal representatives (one of them), and birth certificates of those minors.
Check-in at the hotel of minor citizens over the age of 14 in the absence of legal representative shell be performed on the basis of ID’s of these minors on condition of submitted performing of notarized agreement from the legal representatives (one of them)”.
The hotel keeps the right to refuse to accommodate minor citizens without a notarized power of attorney.

From 0 to 3 y.o. - if necessary, a baby cot will be provided free of charge with a prior request a few days before arrival (the service is subject to availability).
From 3 y.o to 11 y.o.- 1200 rub. per day.

In double room – not more than 3 people. An extra bed (folding bed / sofa bed) is available upon request. The price of an extra bed needs to be specified during the room booking.
In double room "Junior Suite" and "Lux" - not more than 4 people. An extra bed (a double folding sofa bed + folding bed) is available upon request. The price of an extra bed needs to be specified during the room booking.

Check-out at 12pm, check-in from 2pm. From 12pm to 2pm is the time for room cleaning.

The guaranteed early check-in before 2pm provided with an extra charge because the hotel keeps the room since a previous day. Please note that the service is subject to availability on the desire date.
In case of a non-guaranteed early check-in, guests will be checked-in according to the room availability at the arrival time. In case of lack of rooms, the guest can leave the luggage in the storage room and return later for accommodation. For more information, please contact us:

If you pay directly at the hotel, you will receive an invoice with a cash receipt and a final invoice at check-out (except for payment by the guest via the online booking sites expedia, agoda and others)
If you pay by bank transfer, the accounting documents will be sent to the address of the organization within 5 working days after the departure of the guest.
